Scents of Christmas

I woke up one morning and I could smell pine tree leaves and a hint of candy cane, I could smell Christmas season fast approaching and I got very excited. Though it is already September, it is still much too early do bring out the Christmas tree and all the Christmas decors and lights. The home decorations and the yuletide music can wait for another month or so. There is still Halloween to celebrate. The huge Christmas tree can still wait in the basement for a while but not the Christmas cakes . This weekend my nieces and nephews will be coming over and I want to serve them Christmas cakes .I would also like to decorate our dining table with fruits and Christmas candy . And since I am almost out of breakfast tea , I have decided to order Christmas cakes and candies along my British tea. This early, I can almost taste Christmas, the most anticipated and most enjoyable season of the year.
Christmas brings out the child in all of us and the Christmas candies can put a smile in everybody’s face. I ordered the Christmas cakes and candies, charged them to my credit card and have then delivered to me rush just in time for my lovely visitors this weekend.
